Workflow Automation Flows Through U.S. Pipe
By Mike Raia | Published November 9, 2015
Often customers come to us with a very specific pain point to resolve. Sometimes it's improving a finance process like expense reimbursement requests or a marketing process like managing marketing collateral change approvals, but it's usually fairly specific. Once that pain is solved, however, word tends to get out internally about workflow automation and new processes start to get the automation treatment.
A good example of that is U.S. Pipe, who came to us looking for a better way to handle capital expenditure requests. Their existing process was unwieldy, slow and causing bottlenecks. Their IT department solved the problem by automating all the tasks and approvals involved in handling requests using Integrify and all was well. However, that's when the automation bug started to spread.
