Do You Have a "Culture of Compliance?"

Our compliance subject matter expert, Cindy Cook DeRuyter, just published a great article on Corporate Compliance Insights called "Baking Compliance, Ethics and Audit into the Corporate Pie." In it she discusses the concept of fostering a "compliance culture" in your organization. In other words "encouraging employees to always do what’s right, whether or not anyone is looking."
